Shipping & Returns Policy

Spend $100 and receive FREE SHIPPING on all orders in Canada and USA. No code required. 

Orders that qualify for free shipping within Canada will be sent via untracked lettermail (scrunchies only) or a tracked 'Expedited Parcel' (items other than scrunchies). Please leave a note at checkout if you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping if you qualify for free shipping.

  

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders may take up to 4 weeks to be sewn and packaged, depending on availability. If there is a timeframe you would wish to receive your package by (such as for a birthday or event, for example), let us know for potential accommodations to be discussed. During busier peak seasons such as Christmas, please expect longer processing times as all scrunchies are made by only 1 person.

   

DELIVERY TIMES

We do not offer pick-up/drop-off at this time. All packages are shipped through Canada Post mail services. After shipped, the following delivery times are estimations only and not guaranteed. You can select your desired shipping method and speed at checkout. Select for the quickest speed of tracked shipping if you are in a rush to receive your items.

Canada: Standard untracked shipping (for orders with scrunchies only) is sent by oversized lettermail and can take between 5-21 business days. All orders containing products other than scrunchies, such as claw clips or curlers, will automatically have a tracking number included and typically takes between 1-8 business days.

USA: Standard (untracked) shipping can take between 7-21 business days. Tracked options are available at checkout.

International: Standard (untracked) shipping can take between 7-21 business days. Tracked options are available at checkout.

 

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We happily ship worldwide to all countries! You can find a currency converter at the bottom of our website. In the rare occurrences that custom fees that may apply (if you live outside of Canada), the buyer will be responsible for any fees to be paid. Any additional fees will not be reimbursed. 

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

You can select your desired shipping service at checkout. Upgrading to tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

Double check that you have entered the correct address before placing an order as it cannot be changed once shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional fees to have the package reshipped.

We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after it has been dispatched. You will receive an email notification once your package is shipped. Please contact the Canada Post if you require assistance on locating a missing package. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. Please contact us if you have any specific issues regarding your order.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  1. Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us within 1 month of receiving your order if any items are damaged.

2. In the event of a damaged product, we kindly request that customers provide visual evidence, such as clear photos, to support their claim. This enables us to evaluate the situation and determine the best course of action.

3. Contact us via email and include your order number, a description of the damage, and the attached photos.

4. Our team will carefully review your case and respond promptly with the appropriate resolution.

DISCLAIMERS

Scrunchies may vary from the photos in size or appearance due to each scrunchie being individually made from scratch and will not all resemble each other exactly. Colours in product photos may appear slightly different than the original product due to lighting and filters. Sections of fabric may also differ for each scrunchie, especially for patterned prints. Please read the descriptions of the product carefully for any additional disclaimers before purchasing.
